Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience shipping large-scale Android applications.
  • Proficiency in Kotlin; Java experience is a plus but not required.
  • Experience with architecture paradigms like unidirectional and reactive programming, and other patterns commonly used in the industry.
  • Experience with Jetpack Compose, unit and snapshot testing, and creating shared components.
  • Strong product sense - you care about usability, good design, and how features affect real people's safety.
  • A critical and creative thinker who can spot flaws in proposed solutions and suggest better alternatives.
  • Comfortable working in a highly cross-functional environment where regular collaboration with product and design partners is the norm, not the exception.
  • Interest in growing into a technical leadership role over time, with the appetite and potential to take on greater scope and influence on the team.
  • Bonus: experience pursuing side projects or open-source contributions.
