- What You Need to Succeed (minimum qualifications):
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing/Business , or a High School Diploma / GED with an equivalent level of experience.
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, sales, or a related commercial function, including experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry.
- Analytical Acumen: Demonstrated experience in business analytics with a strong understanding of retail business drivers and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Project Management: Proven ability to independently manage complex projects from concept to completion, such as packaging updates, creative campaigns, or innovation launches.
- Communication & Collaboration: Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional partners and external agencies.
