- What do you bring to the table?
- Strong people leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of managers and engineers. At least 6 years of experience in managerial positions.
- The ability to clearly communicate and collaborate well with both technical and non-technical partners across multiple departments.
- Combining profound business insights, critical thinking and problem solving skills to set strategic direction.
- The ability to analyze, define and track key metrics, the ability to act upon these metrics and implement organizational and operational changes.
- A strong technical background in software engineering, with at least 8 years of experience in the software product development industry.
- Experience bringing innovative, industry-leading, category-defining tech products to market.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and Software Development Life Cycle management processes.
- Excellent prioritization and organizational skills, a track record of actively driving processes to deliver quality outcomes.
- Good presentation, oral, and written communication skills.
- Experience working with executive level internal and external clients/partners, acting as a representative of the company.
- Experience with Cloud technologies, Microservices architecture, Application Programming Interfaces (API) and databases.
- Experience in Java, TypeScript, Node, React, and Python.
- Experience in developing software in a regulated environment is a plus.
- Experience working in the clinical informatics, health care and life sciences domain is a plus.
