What you'd be doing in this role As Canva scales change continues to be part of our DNA. But we like to think that's all part of the fun. So this will give you the flavour of the type of things you'll be working on when you start, but this will likely evolve. At the moment, this role is focused on: Owning end-to-end lead management across Canva's GTM lifecycle - prospect generation, enrichment, scoring, routing, and assignment - in Salesforce and integrated systems Architecting scalable lead routing, prioritization, and attribution frameworks that support global growth Evaluating and implementing AI capabilities across the lead ecosystem, including intent signal processing, data enrichment, and seller workflow automation Serving as the Salesforce SME for lead and campaign management - designing and maintaining scalable solutions across Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Campaigns, and Opportunities Ensuring data quality, governance, and system integrity across the full GTM stack Partnering with Sales, Marketing, and Ops as a trusted technical advisor - driving alignment, unblocking workflows, and leading enablement on new capabilities Continuously identifying opportunities to reduce manual processes, improve conversion, and accelerate seller productivity You're probably a match if We're looking for someone who sees systems as interconnected ecosystems. You're motivated by building solutions that scale, work the first time, and make other people's jobs easier. You're comfortable operating with autonomy, and you take pride in owning delivery from concept through production and stakeholder readiness. You're an expert in Salesforce administration and best practices (5 years minimum) You have experience implementing AI solutions in GTM & Marketing Ops environments You partner with business stakeholders to identify high-value AI use cases and measure outcomes You have hands on experience in configuring lead routing & automation processes using platforms like LeanData (or similar data orchestration platform) You have experience leading cross-functional projects and designing solutions that account for cross-system dependencies You have experience working with APIs, integrations, and workflow automation platforms You have strong SQL and data analysis skills You have Salesforce certifications (at least one of the following): Salesforce Business Analyst, Advanced Admin or Marketing automation platform
