Early Years Educator

Responsibilities

• Plan and Deliver Programmes
• Design and implement engaging learning experiences that promote the holistic development of children, including their cognitive, social, emotional, physical, and language skills.
• Ensure Children's Well-being and Safety
• Provide a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment where children feel secure, respected, and encouraged to learn and grow.
• Partner with Parents and Stakeholders
• Build strong relationships with parents and work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to support each child's learning and developmental needs.

Requirements

• Minimum ACEY (Advanced Certificate in Early Years qualification or equivalent.
• Passion for working with children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team
