Manager - Vice President, Medium Enterprise / Business Banking Centre

Requirements

• Preferably a Degree holder or equivalent in Business or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of credit and marketing experience in commercial banking environment with proven record in new customer cultivation
• Preferably possess / obtain Core or Professional level of qualification under the HKMA Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) on Credit Risk Management (CRM)
• Strong analytical mind and proactive
• Good interpersonal and people management skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

Country of Location: China Hong Kong Job Responsibilities: - Explore new business opportunities of commercial banking products through different business networks and channels to achieve designated business targets - Cross-sell retail banking product to ME / SME customers - Manage account portfolio and maintain close relationship with customers for business retention and referrals - Prepare credit proposals by negotiation of credit terms, pricing and collateral requirements in accordance with the bank's guidelines - Identify and minimize credit risk within the portfolio through regular credit reviews - Monitor loan repayment of customers; follow up and collect overdue payment - Perform annual review of high risk / unsuitable customers timely
