Job Summary The Roving Maintenance Technician plays a key role in ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of multiple properties within the Los Angeles region. The technician will provide on-site maintenance services at various residential (HOA) properties, responding to work orders and performing general repairs and preventive maintenance tasks. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, resourceful, and equipped with a personal vehicle along with the necessary tools to complete assignments independently. Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age and pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience as a Maintenance Technician.
  • Hands on experience or coursework in HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Painting and Drywall is highly desired.
  • High Rise Property Management or Hospitality experience is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service oriented attitude
  • Strong problem solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Must be willing to obtain the following certificates: First Aid/CPR, Fire Director Certificate, Weekly Fire Certificate, and OSHA 10.
  • Must possess a personal vehicle and valid driver's license to travel between various properties in the Los Angeles region.
