Responsibilities

  • Guide product development lifecycle at every stage, optimizing processes and rituals that help the team thrive.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of consumer-facing product management experience, with a track record of driving user growth.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
  • Expert-level experimentation skills, including hypothesis generation, A/B testing, results analysis, and iterative development.
  • Experience working with cross-channel customer marketing platforms and A/B testing tools.
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
  • Passion for mental health and a commitment to improving access to care.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Healthcare / health tech or benefits tech experience
  • Hypergrowth start-up experience
  • Fluency with Looker, Mixpanel, Iterable, and/or Eppo

Reporting to the Senior Director of Product, Member Growth, you will operate at the intersection of growth strategy, clinical care models, and product execution, shaping how Spring Health scales program impact through data-driven iteration, experimentation, and system-level thinking. Please note that this is a hybrid role based in Seattle , with an expectation to be in office 2-3 days a week. Our office is located at 255 King St location.
