Operations (Senior) Executive

About the role

Every day is different. One moment you are coordinating contractors. The next, you are solving an operational issue, supporting a regulatory inspection, planning improvement works, or making sure a critical repair gets completed on time. At Apex Harmony Lodge, we care for persons living with dementia. Behind that care is a team that keeps the Lodge safe, functional and running smoothly. We are looking for an Operations (Senior) Executive who enjoys taking ownership, solving problems and turning plans into action. This role covers operations, facilities management, vendor coordination, compliance, workplace safety and continuous improvement. We think you will enjoy this role if you: Get things done Take ownership instead of waiting to be told what to do Stay calm when priorities change Communicate confidently with staff, contractors and external partners Are practical, resourceful and solutions-focused Enjoy improving systems and processes Can balance attention to detail with the bigger picture Believe teamwork matters and no task is beneath you You will be responsible for: Supporting the day-to-day operations of the Lodge Managing facilities maintenance, repairs, and improvement works Coordinating vendors, contractors and service providers Monitoring building, equipment and infrastructure-related matters Supporting workplace safety, fire safety and regulatory compliance requirements Obtaining quotations, managing procurement and tracking operational budgets Coordinating inspections, audits and follow-up actions Supporting projects, events and operational initiatives across departments Maintaining operational records, SOPs and documentation Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, service quality and resident experience Helping to create a safe, welcoming and well-run environment for residents, families, staff and visitors What matters most Experience is helpful.
