Global Trade Compliance Leader

About the role

We're seeking a Global Trade Compliance Leader to develop and execute import/export strategies for complex international projects. You'll serve as our subject matter expert, ensuring all activities comply with global trade regulations while supporting cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop & Execute Strategies : Create comprehensive import/export strategies aligned with international trade regulations and project goals
• Ensure Compliance : Oversee all trade activities across regions, verify contracts, and manage regulatory risks
• Drive Communication : Proactively inform stakeholders of trade restrictions, regulatory updates, and actionable next steps
• Collaborate Strategically : Partner across departments to establish effective trade activities and resolve complex compliance challenges

Requirements

• Expertise : Strong knowledge of customs regulations, clinical trial requirements, and global regulatory frameworks
• Experience : Background in drug development, supply chain, clinical trials, and working with global virtual teams
• Skills : Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical abilities; strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Mindset : Self-motivated, detail-oriented, with ability to work in matrix environments
• Base Pay Range for Poland: 200,000 - 300,000 PLN gross annual
• Actual salaries may vary within the range based on several factors including, but not limited to education, training, experience, professional achievement, and location.
• In addition to base salary, some roles may be eligible for participation in Parexel's annual performance-based bonus plan, annual salary review and total rewards incentives.
• Our talent acquisition team will provide additional details on our bonus plan or incentive programs for those eligible roles.
