IT Engineer ( Diagnostics Systems)

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and support enterprise applications, servers, and platforms.
• Analyse Python code, system logs, and performance metrics to resolve issues.
• Maintain Linux/Windows servers, including upgrades, patching, and diagnostics.
• Support OutSystems and Qlik Sense platforms to ensure system reliability.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, IT, Systems Engineering, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in systems support, infrastructure, or IT operations.
• Strong skills in Python, Linux/Windows administration, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with server hardware, system monitoring, and performance optimization.
• Exposure to OutSystems, Qlik Sense, automation, cloud, or virtualization technologies is a plus.

Additional Information

Listed Company Salary Package: Up to $5000 + AWS + Bonus Working days and working hours: Weekdays and 8am to 5.30pm Work Location: Tuas (Shuttle service provided- Joo Koon Mrt)
