Restaurant Manager

About the role

We are looking for a motivated & responsible Restaurant Manager to join our team in managing our outlet at Jurong in all functions of the business. Job Description Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Restaurant Assist in optimizing the revenue and overall profitability of the Restaurant Accountable for the daily settlements and ensuring all expenses are accurately recorded Documentation of sales and operation reports, as well as collating summary of monthly financial reports to monitor sales performance Facilitate compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements including renewal of licenses Evaluate & suggest improvements to enhance productivity and performance Rostering of staff schedule for full utilization of manpower and labour cost control Manage recruitment, training, motivation and discipline of all FOH employees Ensure strict employee compliance to SOPs, sanitation and safety standards Assist in responding to enquiries on company's social media platforms Confer & negotiate packages offered to corporate/private event clients (e.g. Weddings) Handle customer complaints professionally and take appropriate corrective actions for service recovery Job Requirements Min. 2-3 years of managerial experience in F&B or relevant industry Must possess a valid Basic Food Hygiene Certification Experienced with Restaurant POS systems, Tablets and Terminals for Online/App orders Proficient in Microsoft Office (Adobe Photoshop is a plus) Strong command of written and oral English Good communication and interpersonal skills, both oral & written A good team player with excellent leadership skills Organised and meticulous in all aspects of work Displays strong sense of integrity and professionalism High emotional intelligence & is able to handle stress or pressure calmly and rationally Able to start work in short notice Interested candidates who do not meet the required years of working experience are nonetheless encouraged to apply.
