To strengthen our team in Vilnius, we are looking for a dedicated Relationship Manager who will help us build long-term client relationships and actively contribute to our business development in the region. Acting as the primary contact for Polish-speaking clients: supporting onboarding, answering product/platform questions, and resolving inquiries; Introducing our investment platform and services to new clients during introductory calls; Building long-term relationships and ensuring client satisfaction; Attending conferences, business events, and industry gatherings to attract and engage high-value clients; Collaborating with partners and influencers to grow brand awareness and trust; Understanding client needs and providing general information regarding the Company's products and services, including explaining features and risks; any personal investment recommendations (if any) may only be provided strictly in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements and the Employer's compliance policies and only where the Employer (or its licensed principal, as applicable) is authorized to provide such services; Staying up to date on market trends and sharing insights with clients; Maintaining accurate client records and supporting operations; Coordinating with internal teams (support, sales, product, compliance) to ensure seamless service delivery; Sharing client feedback to support continuous improvement. 3+ years of sales experience within brokerage firms, investment companies, or related industries, with a strong preference for B2C sales; Excellent communication and negotiation skills; Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a strong focus on client satisfaction and service quality; Fluency in Polish and English.
