Every day our streamers open packs and create can't-look-away moments across Whatnot, Fanatics Live, TikTok, and our own digital experiences. We move fast, obsess over the product, and treat every stream like it matters. That's where you come in. The Live Broadcast Producer keeps Swish's streams running and looking sharp. You own the technical setup behind our daily rooms and marquee moments: OBS, cameras, lighting, audio, graphics. When something breaks mid-stream, you fix it before fans notice, then turn scrappy setups into clean, repeatable systems. Standardize the chaos, launch new rooms, own a system that scales as fast as we do. RESPONSIBILITIES Run live production day to day: OBS scenes, multi-cam, audio routing, lighting, and graphics across daily rooms and big moments Troubleshoot live, diagnosing and fixing dropped frames, audio issues, encoding problems, and platform hiccups in real time, calmly Build repeatable setups, turning one-off rigs into plug-and-play systems that scale to new rooms and off-site activations Keep the look premium, setting quality standards and making non-technical streamers feel confident on camera Own the handoff, capturing clean assets and passing them cleanly into post and social EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS 3-5 years running live production on modern streaming platforms (Twitch, YouTube, TikTok, live shopping, or broadcast) Deep hands-on OBS command: scenes, sources, audio routing, encoding settings, multi-cam switching Proven live troubleshooting instincts, staying decisive when a stream is down and stakes are high A builder's track record taking setups from scrappy to scalable Fast-learner energy and clear communication with non-technical talent
