ARSIEM is looking for a self-starting, motivated Quality Assurance Analyst to support a federal Microsoft 365 Contractor Support Services program. The Quality Assurance Analyst will support contractor-side quality control, deliverable review, performance monitoring, reporting quality, corrective action tracking, and documentation compliance against the PWS, QASP, and Quality Control Plan. This position is primarily remote. Clearance Requirement: This position requires the ability to complete IRS MBI/security onboarding and required federal security training.
