Agent in Training - Farmers Insurance

Responsibilities

• As an Agent in Training, you will:
• Work onsite at our Burbank location
• Communicate effectively with and serve Spanish-speaking clients
• Leverage agency-supplied leads to drive new business and expand your client base
• Consult with clients to assess insurance needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Sell and cross-sell a wide range of products, including Auto, Home, Life, and Commercial Insurance
• Build and maintain strong relationships through ongoing service and policy reviews
• Stay updated on products, compliance requirements, and industry trends
• Qualifications & Skills
• We are looking for candidates who:
• Are fluent in Spanish and English
• Have experience in insurance sales or a related field (preferred but not required)
• Hold an active insurance license(s) or are willing to obtain one
• Possess strong communication and organizational skills
• Are motivated, goal-oriented, and coachable
• Can build rapport with clients and deliver an excellent customer experience
