Responsibilities
- Support the Chief Engineer in the daily functions of the Maintenance department
- Supervise delegate duties to repair and maintain all electrical / mechanical / air-conditioning equipment in the Hotel
- Plan, schedule and co-ordinate building mechanical and electrical maintenance works
- Liaise with general contractors and must ensure before commence all RA must be fully endorsed
- Able to carry our repair and maintain all air conditioning equipment, refrigeration, and electrical work associated with equipment
- Assist in the planning of budget and monthly reports
- To carry out shift / Split shift duties or when called upon to perform
- Carry out other assignments and duties as and by the Assistant Maintenance Manager or Senior Maintenance Officer
