About the role

- Trial Management & Conversion : Oversee client trial subscriptions, actively monitoring engagement, demonstrating ROI, and negotiating successful transitions to paid annual contracts.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with internal research and account management teams to ensure a seamless client handover and a premium customer experience.
- Pipeline & CRM Management : Maintain precise and accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline progression, and accurate revenue forecasting within Salesforce.
Requirements
- Professional Experience : 1-2 years of proven success in a B2B sales, Business Development (BDR/SDR), or sales support role, with a strong track record of hitting or exceeding targets.
- Sales Acumen : A consultative sales approach with the ability to confidently navigate objections, build rapport with decision-makers, and drive urgency in the sales cycle.
- Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
- Tech Savvy : Strong proficiency with Salesforce (or similar CRM platforms) and modern sales engagement tools.
- Drive & Autonomy : A highly self-motivated, results-oriented mindset with the ability to manage your time effectively and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
