Posted Job Title Clinical Data Specialist (OBGYN - Pregnancy & Perinatal Center) Job Profile Title Specialist, Clinical Data Job Description Summary This position supports clinical operations, clinical research teams, external sites, and alliance partners to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and complete data collection from clinical study sites. This role supports clinical data management activities across the study lifecycle, emphasizing data accuracy, process adherence, and cross functional collaboration. Job Description Job Responsibilities The Clinical Data Specialist is responsible for providing clinical data management and operational support for clinical research studies initiated by the Pregnancy & Perinatal Research Center, including the ECHO study, as follows: Ensure accurate, efficient, and complete data collection from clinical study sites. Writing, reviewing and maintaining electronic case report completion guidelines, data management plan, data validation plan, and other data management related documentation Perform all aspects of clinical data management process as related to processing and quality control of the data. Clean data for study close out and perform all database lock procedures. Conduct data quality review and validation activities, including basic descriptive analyses using programming languages such as SAS or Python, as appropriate Monitor study status and provide status reports to the team Write and review data management SOPs in accordance with guidelines Develops associated training and competency testing. Represent the data management function on project teams Other duties as assigned *Position contingent upon continued funding*
