Supported by a small, dedicated team, we aim to bring a warm, gratifying experience to everyone who visits us, whether you're starting your morning, taking a break, or simply craving a familiar favourite. ☁️ Responsibilities Understand fundamental knowledge of flavour profiles, foundations of local robusta coffee, Japanese teas to offer thoughtful recommendations to customers Brew & serve traditional local Kopi, Teh as well as a variety of high-quality Matcha & other Japanese Tea beverages while prioritising product consistency, quality & visual presentation during serving Maintain accuracy & consistency throughout the crafting of beverages, aligning with SOPs Greet customers with genuine warmth, friendly service, & a smile! Thrive in a fast-paced, active environment; be on your feet & handle service duties with efficiency Maintain a clean, orderly workspace, countertops, environment Use all equipment, electronics & tools with care Communicate clearly & proactively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations Carry out general housekeeping, restocking, inventory management & any other assigned duties Conduct proper Opening & Closing duties 🫵🏻 What's In It For You: Full-Time Salary: $2400 for a 5 day work week Typical Full Shift Timings: 8AM - 6PM / 9:30AM - 7:30PM / 10AM - 8PM or based on operational needs 1-hour break will be allocated during non-peak periods Complimentary Matcha, beverages during working shift Supportive, well-managed, & friendly team environment On-the-job training Employee discounts Annual leave, medical leave/benefits, long-term incentives, career pathway progression opportunities, etc. 🍵 We're seeking someone who is: Eager to learn and grow Responsible, genuine, and reliable Diligent and a strong team player Committed to staying long-term Able to work in a fast-paced environment during peak periods Able to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining consistency and quality Strong sense of personal hygiene, cleanliness, and tidiness Welcome those with little experience, it's your attitude and willingness to contribute that matters most!
