- Ability to collaborate effectively across engineering, manufacturing, and commercial teams.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- 3+ years of experience in cable, wire, polymers, or industrial manufacturing.
- Familiarity with industry standards (UL, CSA, ICEA, IEEE) or product certification processes.
- Experience supporting plant trials, process troubleshooting, or design‑to‑cost initiatives.
- Background in materials, extrusion, compounding, or mechanical performance testing.
