About the role

You will be part of the Finance function within Wholesale Banking Philippines, acting as a trusted advisor to senior management and a key contact for local regulators. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years' experience in banking or audit, with strong financial reporting expertise and exposure to regulatory reporting.
  • In-depth knowledge of IFRS and local regulatory requirements (BSP, PDIC, SEC, BIR).
  • Experience leading teams, initiatives, or complex regulatory projects.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • High level of risk and control awareness, with a mindset for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across functions and adapt to change in an agile environment.
