Location: Based in Brno or Prague , with regular travel between both locations What you´ll do: Supporting our Facility Manager with day-to-day operations Coordinating maintenance, repairs & inspections (you won't fix stuff - you'll make sure it gets fixed) Talking to vendors, organizing services, sometimes being on-site when needed Helping solve random "something's broken" situations (yes, they happen 😄 ) Keeping track of costs and basic admin around it Taking care of company cars (checks, service scheduling, etc.) Handling simple admin (tickets, access cards, basic reports) Travelling between Brno & Prague (about once every 2 weeks for 1-2 days) About you: Are reliable and can get things done without being micromanaged Like organizing things and keeping stuff under control Are comfortable communicating (Czech + basic English) Can handle basic tools like MS Office Have a driver's license (B) and actually drive 🚗 Don't mind solving unexpected situations on the go No experience?
