Responsibilities
- Build and develop relationships across key Wealth client segments, with a primary focus on Platforms, IFAs, insurers and digital wealth partners.
- Drive sales across ETFs, index funds and Model Portfolio Solutions (MPS), delivering against AUM, flow and revenue targets.

- Manage the full sales lifecycle including pipeline development, RFP responses, commercial negotiations, onboarding and go-live execution.
- Deliver service excellence through day-to-day client engagement including product guidance, portfolio construction insights and cost analytics.
- Provide market intelligence on ETF flows, competitor positioning, and retail/wealth investor behaviour across Africa.
- Deliver product presentations via meetings, calls, and events; support roadshows, seminars and educational initiatives.
- Maintain strong collaboration with global Wealth and iShares teams to ensure consistency and best practice sharing.
- Ensure all regulatory, legal and compliance standards are adhered to across all client activities.
- Knowledge / Experience:
- 5-8+ years' experience in financial services, with a focus on ETFs, index products and/or model portfolio solutions
- Strong understanding of Wealth distribution channels across Africa, particularly Platforms, IFAs and insurers
- Demonstrated experience in building and scaling partnerships and distribution platforms
- Solid technical understanding of ETFs, index investing and portfolio construction
- Experience managing client relationships and delivering commercial outcomes
- Strong understanding of capital markets and retail/wealth investor behaviour
- Experience working in a matrix organisation and coordinating across product, compliance and client teams
- Skills / Qualifications:
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Business or related field
- CFA, CAIA or similar qualifications advantageous but not required
- Strong analytical and commercial mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
