Job Description & Responsibilities: Site Supervision. Monitor construction works to match drawings and specifications. Ensure quality and workmanship meet standards. Coordinate with subcontractors and workers on site. Planning & Coordination. Schedule daily site activities. Ensure materials, equipment, and manpower are ready. Attend site meetings with clients, consultants, and contractors. Safety & Compliance Follow Singapore safety rules (WSH). Conduct toolbox talks and site inspections. Ensure project complies with BCA, MOM, LTA, PUB, etc. Documentation & Reporting. Prepare daily/weekly site reports. Track progress, delays, and site issues. Manage RFIs and approvals. Measure quantities from drawings (take-offs). Assist in preparing bills of quantities (BOQ). Track material usage and costs. Support cost control and variation claims. Technical Support. Interpret drawings, specs, and method statements. Solve minor technical issues on site. Assist in preparing shop drawings if needed.
