We are seeking a Partner or Director for KSA, whose primary role is to open doors, identify clients, cultivate long‑term relationships and secure major ESG and sustainability advisory mandates. The value of this individual lies in navigating the regional investment landscape, speaking to clients in a culturally aligned way and connecting Middle Eastern capital owners to ERM's global ESG expertise . Role Profile: Market Access and Strategic Relationship Building Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders across sovereign wealth funds, national investment entities, regional conglomerates and Middle Eastern corporate groups. Engage clients in a culturally informed and commercially credible manner. Identify high‑value ESG advisory opportunities aligned to the region's investment priorities across energy, diversified industry, infrastructure and strategic transformation. Act as ERM's primary relationship lead for key investors and capital allocators. ESG and Responsible Investment Engagement Communicate the value of ERM's ESG, sustainability and responsible investment offerings in a way that resonates with regional clients. Understand how investors integrate ESG into investment decisions, fund structures and long‑term asset stewardship. Draw on knowledge of institutional investing and private equity to translate ERM's ESG and sustainability capabilities into commercially relevant propositions. Opportunity Creation and Work Winning Originate new client relationships and pipeline opportunities across priority Middle Eastern markets. Lead senior discussions that position ERM as a trusted adviser for ESG strategy, responsible investment frameworks, sustainability reporting, climate risk and related themes. Work closely with ERM's global ESG specialists to shape winning proposals and assemble delivery teams. Focus on opening doors, initiating conversations and securing mandates. Technical delivery will be managed by ERM's broader team. Collaboration and Internal Leadership Collaborate with ERM Partners across ESG, Corporate Sustainability, M&A and Low Carbon Economy to ensure regional opportunities are converted and delivered. Advise internal teams on cultural expectations, engagement norms and relationship‑building approaches unique to the Middle Eastern market. Contribute to developing a regional growth plan for ESG advisory services. Reputation and Market Presence Represent ERM in the regional investment community through targeted engagement at events, investor roundtables and senior forums. Strengthen ERM's visibility with sovereign wealth funds and key decision‑making bodies. Demonstrate a strong understanding of Middle Eastern investment priorities, regional strategy agendas and ESG evolution. Candidate Profile Strong background in corporate finance, institutional investing, private equity or investment advisory. Deep relationships within the Middle Eastern investment ecosystem including sovereign wealth funds, investment holding companies and major corporate groups. Experience engaging senior financial stakeholders on ESG, sustainability or responsible‑investment themes. Proven ability to originate client relationships and win advisory work. Ability to navigate complex regional decision‑making landscapes. Highly credible in front of senior investors and executives. Strong networker who builds trust quickly and can speak the language of Middle Eastern investment culture. Strategic and commercially minded, able to identify where ERM's ESG expertise aligns with client agendas. A Partner title may unlock more access; if Partner level, the individual must bring demonstrable and well‑established relationships.
