Responsibilities

  • Lead key corporate initiatives (e.g., KPI redesign, organizational alignment, governance frameworks)
  • Drive projects related to IPO readiness, corporate governance, and process standardization
  • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement improvements
  • o Team Leadership & Capability Building
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Corporate Planning team
  • Set clear priorities, KPIs, and development plans for team members
  • Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
  • Key Requirements
  • 8-15+ years of experience in Corporate Planning, Strategy, Consulting, or related leadership roles
  • Proven experience working closely with CEO / senior leadership team
  • Experience in multi-country / regional roles is highly preferred
  • Exposure to IPO, governance, or corporate restructuring is a strong advantage
  • Strong business communication skills in English
  • Excellent analytical and financial acumen
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
  • High ownership and ability to drive cross-functional outcomes
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving organization

The role requires a strong balance of strategy, execution, stakeholder management, and governance, particularly in a fast-growing, multi-country environment with IPO ambition.
