Job Description Lead end-to-end global payroll operations across multiple jurisdictions Manage external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery Oversee compensation frameworks, salary benchmarking, and annual review cycles Design and optimise employee benefits programmes across regions Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, and labour requirements globally Drive automation, systems improvements, and data governance initiatives Support audits, risk mitigation, and policy development for payroll & C&B The Successful Applicant Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related majors 10+ years of experience in payroll, compensation & benefits Strong exposure to multi-country or global payroll environments Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems (SAP SuccessFactors) Proven ability to manage stakeholders across HR, Finance, and leadership teams Hands-on experience leading process improvements or transformation initiatives Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and governance What's on Offer This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-impact global function within a growing international organisation.
