Sales and Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Promote products to new customers and service existing accounts using the system database to maintain client relationships
• Develop new customer value propositions and strategically manage key customer accounts to drive business growth
• Achieve sales revenue targets for assigned customer segments or centres through effective sales strategies
• Manage daily sales and marketing activities to ensure a smooth and positive customer experience at centre(s)
• Collaborate with operations and internal teams to optimize resources and maximize centre revenue while maintaining seamless customer service
• Ensure all initiatives comply with local regulatory agency rules and regulations, including MOH guidelines
• Conduct monthly business performance reviews with the management team to track progress and identify improvement areas
• Assist in preparing and distributing sales and marketing materials to the customer base to support promotional efforts
• Provide timely ad-hoc support to the after-sales department to follow through on customer requests and appointments
• Preferred competencies and qualifications
• Demonstrate strong client engagement and business negotiation skills to build and maintain customer relationships
• Apply a strong commercial mindset with focus on revenue performance and business outcomes
• Engage effectively with internal stakeholders to align sales and marketing efforts
• Possess at least 3 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, and the manufacturing industry
• Exhibit a team player attitude and collaborative spirit to contribute positively to team goals
