About the role
Our growing team is looking for a Senior AI Architect to support architecture mandates and collaborate with Data Science and AI Developers within the DataLab What you'll do here: Be part of a dynamic team that thrives on challenges and helps to deliver both discriminative ML and generative AI (Gen-AI) solutions. Help define and evolve our Data & AI platform architecture to ensure its timely and efficient evolution, maintenance and support via the use of automation, security and governance best practices, etc. Collaborate with members from various technical teams to develop solutions that address the needs of our customers. Deliver architecture blueprints and implementation strategies that meet our security and data protection standards. Ensure that architectures are aligned with our corporate vision and objectives, while being able to propose innovative approaches to problem solving. What you bring to the table: Bachelor's degree in information technology/software engineering or any combination of equivalent education and experience. At least 5 years of significant experience in software development. At least 5 years of experience in an application or solution architecture role. Knowledge of various DevOps paradigms (i.e. DataOps, DevSecOps, MLOps, etc.). Knowledge AWS ecosystem (i.e. Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, ALB, Cloud Watch, ECS/Fargate, AWS Bedrock, etc.) Knowledge of GCP cloud ecosystems (i.e. Cloud Run, Compute Engine, Cloud Storage, Big Query, etc.). Knowledge of other ML/AI technologies (i.e. Databricks, Snowflake, AWS SageMaker, VertexAI, etc.) an asset. Knowledge of specific Contact Center AI Services (i.e. DialogFlow, AgentAssist, etc.) an asset. Passionate about creating highly resilient, secure, and scalable AI applications. Comfortable working with multidisciplinary teams (ex: Business Analysts, Developers, Data Architects and Enterprise architects) in complex and constantly changing environments. Able to take a business problem and turn it into a technological solution. Excellent at explaining complex and technical ideas to various stakeholders. Well organized, with a good sense of how to manage priorities. Experience leveraging an architecture framework / methodology such as TOGAF, an asset. For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.
