Requirements

Benefits

The expected hourly rate for this position is $21.20 - $33.23. Final compensation will be determined based on your relevant work experience to date. The responsibilities and range of activities may vary, but will include a subset of the following: Apply ergonomics and human factors methodologies to designs in progress Participate as part of the human factors team in creating designs or updates to designs addressing as well physical ergonomic considerations and identifying concerns Elicitation of requirements and user needs Creating human engineering inputs for delivery to the design team and supplying timely technical direction Creation of or review and assessment of prototypes and mockups Working with the development team to investigate and respond to problem reports Analyzing and investigating multiple possible designs solutions, providing recommendations and documenting rationale Participating in peer reviews of various work products Creating tasks analysis and function allocation Anthropometric and works space analysis through the interaction with the Human Process® modeling tool Research and user testing as identified.
