About the role
As a Manager, Core Business Partnering , you'll d rive strategic business partnering to enable business performance, organisational effectiveness, and leadership capability uplift. Talent & Leadership Development Coach and uplift leadership capability (G4+) Drive succession planning and high-potential development.
Requirements
- 8 - 12+ years in HR/ HRBP/ Business Partnering experience (with significant time at senior BP level)
- Working experience in tech environment
- Proven experience partnering with senior leaders (SLT or equivalent)
- Demonstrated track record in:
- + Organisation design/ restructures
- + Talent and succession planning
- + Change and transformation programs
- Experience in complex, matrix or multinational environments
