Responsibilities

- Coordinate with Client Setup Team for network approvals and communicate status updates.
- Partner with internal teams (Strategic Account Management, Client Services, EDI, Accounting) to address client/network needs.
- Ensure adherence to Zelis privacy and security standards.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and assist team members with data entry or updates.
- What You'll Bring to Zelis:
- Typically has Bachelor's degree +2-3 yrs or equivalent combination of education and years of experience.
- Attends company training and regional training in area of expertise. Presents own work to members of department
- Requires proficiency using AI tools skillfully with an understanding of how to develop/create intelligent prompts and/or agents.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce preferred.

Position Overview This role is responsible for expanding participation within an assigned network of dental providers by building strong relationships and driving provider engagement. The individual will conduct high-volume outbound outreach to dental practices, educating providers on the value of joining the network and influencing participation decisions through effective communication and relationship-building skills.
