About the role
Job Responsibilities Assist in the planning, coordination, and implementation of daily programmes and activities for seniors. Facilitate group activities, recreational programmes, exercises, games, and social engagement sessions for clients. Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Able to interact effectively with seniors from diverse backgrounds. Positive attitude, patient, caring, and service-oriented. Able to work both independently and as part of a team. Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and timelines. Prior experience in eldercare, healthcare, social services, community care, or event coordination will be an advantage. Willing to learn and participate in programme planning and execution. Physically fit to support activities and accompany seniors during outings when required.
