Tasks * Handling chargebacks, refunds, internal tickets for B2C eCommerce shops * Coordinating and communicating with internal and external stakeholders on B2C eCommerce related topics * Monitoring fraud trends and applying appropriate countermeasures across different B2C eCommerce stores * Supporting and adopting new developments in the area of eCommerce * Initiating automation and optimisation for Payment & Fraud related processes * Reconciling sales & payment data * Preparing and executing bookings during month-end closing * Creating reports, analysis and statistics * Providing support on various B2C eCommerce topics * Support in Payment & Fraud and eCommerce related projects
