Project Engineer (With Viaduct Experienec)

Requirements

• Min Degree in Civil & Structural engineering
• Min 2 years of viaduct and/or flyover or cut and cover tunnel experience in a project/construction environment
• Proficient in relevant software programmes for planning and project work
• Pro-active team player with good analytical and communication skills
• Experience in civil/structural/geotechnical design will be an advantage.

Additional Information

Assist Principal Project Manager (PRPM)/Senior Project Manager (SPM)/Project Manager (PM) in day-to-day management of the contract Advise the PRPM/SPM/PM on-site quality and safety issues Determine any non-conformances on works Liaise with the Contractor to rectify any non-conformances and document them properly Ensure that decisions on-site issues are conveyed to the Contractor within a reasonable timeframe Ensure that works are carried out according to specifications, drawings and programme without compromising on quality and safety Provide feedback to the PRPM/SPM/PM on quality and safety matters and suggests quality improvement measures for implementation on site Supervise the installation of instrumentation and monitoring of instrumentation Lead a team of supervisors to ensure full time supervision of works on site Supervise the installation of instrumentation and monitoring of instrumentation Lead a team of supervisors to ensure full time supervision of works on site Assist in the operating of the PMCC
