About the role

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will support recruitment activities across Poland and the EMEA region , partnering with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to attract and hire top talent. You will be part of an international Talent Acquisition team supporting recruitment across EMEA and will play an active role in delivering hiring solutions for a variety of functions and locations. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives. This includes identifying job requirements, sourcing candidates, and creating job postings.
  • Screen and assess candidates for their qualifications, experience, and cultural fit. Conduct interviews, reference checks, and assessments to select the best candidates for the job.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and extending job offers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and external partners such as recruitment agencies and job boards.
  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including affirmative action, equal employment opportunity, and anti-discrimination laws. This includes maintaining accurate records and documentation throughout the recruitment process.

Requirements

  • Experience in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent through a variety of sourcing channels and recruiting techniques.
  • Strong candidate screening and selection skills, with the ability to assess qualifications, experience, and overall fit for the role.
  • Effective interviewing skills and experience conducting competency-based interviews.
  • Understanding of employer branding principles and the ability to represent the company positively in the talent market.
  • Experience managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Ability to analyze recruitment data and metrics to drive informed hiring decisions and process improvements.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to partner effectively with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Experience working with applicant tracking systems, recruitment tools, and sourcing platforms.
  • Fluency in Polish is required.
  • Professional working proficiency in English is required.
  • German language skills are a strong advantage.
