Responsibilities
- Consolidate and validate timesheets submitted by employees and contractors.
- Verify billable man-days/man-hours and ensure supporting information is accurate and complete.
- Perform billing-related calculations based on established guidelines and contracts.
- Prepare and generate billing support documents, reports, and client-specific templates.

Requirements
- Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in administrative, operations support, billing administration, or data processing roles. Candidates with no experience but strong analytical skills may be considered.
- Proficient in Microsoft office tools, Excel, including formulas, lookups, and data manipulation.
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform accurate calculations.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Experience in timesheet administration, reporting, data/digitalization management, AI-enabled process will be an advantage.
- Meticulous and detail oriented.
