Payor Analyst

About the role

We're looking for a sharp, data-driven analyst to help unlock payer access and fuel growth across our partner sites. In this role, you'll sit at the intersection of analytics, strategy, and execution-turning complex data into actionable insights that improve access, performance, and scale.

Responsibilities

• Turn claims and pricing data into insights that drive access and revenue growth
• Support and evolve payer access strategies across partner sites
• Build clear, compelling deliverables for internal leaders, clients, and payer partners
• Own and manage multiple high-impact workstreams simultaneously
• Partner cross-functionally to execute initiatives and solve complex, ambiguous problems
• What You Bring
• Experience in financial analysis, consulting, or healthcare analytics
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, formulas; VBA a plus)
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to translate data into action
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
• Clear communication and strong collaboration skills
• Exposure to healthcare, pharmacy, or payer ecosystems preferred
