Requirements
- 5+ years in sales enablement, sales training, or a quota-carrying / sales-adjacent role at a B2B software company, with experience building or scaling an enablement function

- Startup experience: Background at high-growth companies during scale phases, especially building a function as the first dedicated hire
- Familiarity with modern enablement and sales tooling (CRM, enablement platforms, conversation intelligence)
