Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted HR advisor to senior and executive leaders
  • Lead and develop a team of HR Generalists/Specialists
  • Manage complex employee relations, investigations, and performance management
  • Partner with leadership on business strategy, workforce planning, and change initiatives
  • Oversee HR operations ensuring compliance with policies, labor laws, and regulatory standards (JCAHO, state, federal)
  • Analyze HR metrics and trends to support data‑driven decisions
  • Support recruiting, salary offers, and total rewards processes
  • Coordinate FMLA, ADA, workers' compensation, and leave management
  • Ensure consistent delivery of HR programs, policies, and services

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including employee relations and leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and partner with senior leadership
  • Strong business acumen, communication, and problem‑solving skills
  • HRIS/ATS proficiency (Workday experience a plus)
  • PHR/SPHR preferred
  • Ability to work flexible hours as needed
