About the role

We are building a high-performance cross-border function to support global ecommerce at scale. This role is central to that effort. The Cross-Border Operations Coordinator is responsible for maintaining operational control across cross-border activities, supporting execution, managing inbound requests, and ensuring that processes and documentation are structured and accessible. Responsibilities

  • Prepare documentation and data required for duty drawback processes
  • Support merchants with operational exceptions outside standard workflows
  • Act as the first point of triage for cross-border queries, ensuring they are routed and resolved
  • Maintain clear tracking of cross-border requests and activities
  • Build and maintain structured process documentation and knowledge in Notion
  • Improve how cross-border information is organised and accessed internally
  • Support internal teams with accurate, timely cross-border guidance
  • Identify recurring issues and support improvements to processes and workflows

Requirements

  • Experience in logistics, ecommerce operations, or cross-border fulfilment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple requests and follow through consistently
  • Comfortable working with operational data and documentation
  • Proactive approach to improving systems and processes
  • Clear communication and the ability to work across teams
