Responsibilities
- Reporting to the Director Planning & Development, you will:
- Provide strong leadership and oversight of the City Future Business Unit

Requirements
- To be successful, you will demonstrate:
- Significant experience and a tertiary qualification in Urban & Regional Planning or related discipline
- Significant senior leadership experience in planning, development or local government
- Strong knowledge of planning legislation, policy development and regulatory frameworks
- Proven ability to lead strategic planning and economic development initiatives
- Experience managing budgets, business cases and major projects
- Highly developed communication, negotiation and stakeholder engagement skills
- Demonstrated capability to lead change and drive organisational outcomes
