In this diverse role, you will support the servicing of our clients in the German market. Your responsibilities will include in particular: Supporting the Relationship Managers in the holistic servicing of our clients in the German market and helping to ensure an excellent client experience Handling client enquiries and processing instructions relating to payments, foreign exchange, securities and account related matters in close coordination with the Relationship Manager Preparing, reviewing and coordinating client documentation, for example in connection with account openings, master data changes, credit administration and outstanding documentation Maintaining client data carefully in internal systems while ensuring compliance with quality standards, data protection requirements and regulatory obligations Organising client meetings and travel arrangements, including preparation and follow-up, as well as preparing briefings, presentations and other supporting documents Supporting transaction related processes such as trade settlements, securities deliveries, credit maturities and deposit management while keeping track of deadlines and quality standards Contributing actively to administrative and organisational processes and supporting efficient and smooth collaboration within the team
