Address employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues promptly and fairly. Conduct disciplinary investigations and recommend appropriate actions. Provide counseling and guidance to managers and employees on HR-related matters. Compensation, Benefits, and Payroll Collaborate with Finance to ensure accurate payroll processing by reviewing attendance, leave, overtime, and salary adjustments. Manage salary increment recommendations and employee benefits administration. Coordinate employee medical insurance enrollment, renewals, additions, deletions, and claims support. Prepare employment-related documents, including salary certificates, employment certificates, NOCs, and other HR correspondence. Visa, Immigration, and Government Relations Oversee employee visa processing, renewals, cancellations, Emirates ID coordination, and work permit requirements. Coordinate with the company's PRO and government authorities to ensure timely processing of employment-related documentation. Monitor visa expiry dates and ensure timely renewals. HR Administration Maintain accurate employee records, HR files, and HRIS/HRMS data. Ensure confidentiality and proper management of employee information. Oversee probation confirmations, contract renewals, and employment lifecycle documentation. Manage employee exit processes, including resignations, terminations, final settlements, clearance, and exit interviews. Performance Management Coordinate performance appraisal processes and monitor employee performance reviews. Support managers in identifying training and development needs. Recommend employee development initiatives and succession planning strategies. Employee Engagement Plan and organize employee engagement activities, wellness initiatives, recognition programs, and company events within the approved budget. Promote employee satisfaction and a positive workplace culture. Budgeting and Strategic Planning Prepare and manage the annual HR budget. Collaborate with department heads to develop manpower budgets based on business growth and operational requirements. Monitor HR expenditures and recommend cost-effective HR initiatives. Compliance and Reporting Ensure compliance with labor regulations, company policies, and internal procedures. Prepare HR metrics and reports, including headcount, turnover, recruitment status, leave balances, and other management reports. Recommend process improvements to enhance HR efficiency and effectiveness. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 5-8 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role, preferably within the real estate, property management, or related industry. Strong knowledge of UAE labor regulations, visa processes, payroll administration, and HR best practices. Experience with HRMS/HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
