- Requirements & Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or an equivalent professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA Singapore).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing a full set of accounts. Prior experience in fund accounting, portfolio valuation, or working within a single/multi-family office, asset management firm, or fund administration environment is highly valued.
- Language Proficiency: Professional fluency in both spoken and written English and Mandarin is mandatory. Must be fully comfortable discussing financial metrics, portfolio performance, regulatory compliance, and business strategies with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders and management.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Singapore accounting principles (SFRS/FRS), tax regulations (GST and Corporate Tax), and enterprise accounting or portfolio management software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks, SAP, or dedicated fund accounting platforms). Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential.
- Attributes: Highly analytical, independent, resilient under tight closing timelines, detail-oriented regarding portfolio data, and possesses excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
