Carnegie Mellon University's department of Mechanical Engineering is searching for a Research Assistant to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in an interesting and challenging work environment. You will contribute to the department by assisting with the development of new materials and manufacturing techniques for wearable sensing technologies and such other tasks that are assigned to you. Core Responsibilities: Design, synthesize, and characterize multifunctional inks capable for printed soft electronics and transducers. Document research accomplishments and reporting work in a peer-reviewed journal. Participate in research on novel multifunctional inks for printed electronics and sensing Support design and implementation of device-level technologies that incorporate multifunctional inks. Adaptability, excellence, and passion are vital qualities within Carnegie Mellon University.
