Minimum Requirements Relevant baker experience Relevant Bakery qualification Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy Ability to follow standard operating procedures Customer-focused approach Ability to perform routine tasks consistently Store Location: Killarney Residing Areas: Alexandra and Joburg-Hilbrow Additional Job Description Prepare, bake, and finish products in accordance with standard recipes and production plans Ensure product quality, portion control, and presentation standards are maintained Merchandise and display products according to company standards Maintain availability of core and promotional product lines Ensure adherence to hygiene, food safety, and housekeeping standards Operate and clean equipment according to prescribed standards Report defective equipment to the Bakery Manager Complete all required documentation accurately (production sheets, orders, waste records) If you like wild growth and working with happy, enthusiastic over-achievers, you'll enjoy your career with us!
