  • Bachelor's degree and 1 to 2 years of relevant professional experience.
  • Knowledge of an airline revenue management system such as PROS (an asset).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and decision-support tools (e.g., Power BI).
  • Ability to work effectively in a positive, collaborative team environment.
  • Results-oriented with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong adaptability and responsiveness in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Fluency in French and English (spoken and written)
  • *A good knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec. The incumbent will be required to communicate and collaborate frequently in English, both orally and in writing, with colleagues, customers, and other stakeholders in Quebec, the rest of Canada, and internationally

Under the supervision of the Director, Inventory Optimization , you will be responsible for optimizing revenue across a portfolio of routes. You will leverage data-driven analysis, market intelligence, and system tools to manage seat inventory and integrate air + package strategies to maximize total revenue. This role is essential to achieving key performance targets such as Revenue per Available Seat Mile (RASM) , load factor, and yield.
