Responsibilities

  • Knowledge of the links between manpower management and civilian personnel management, including how changes in the Unit Manpower Document (UMD) affect position classification, organizational structure, and other human resources processes

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments of current manpower utilization across various units and departments.
  • Identify gaps, redundancies, and opportunities for optimization in personnel deployment.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to manpower and personnel.
  • Maintain and update manpower databases, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and briefings for senior leadership.
  • Manage and support various projects related to manpower planning and resource allocation. Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Work closely with military and civilian personnel, including senior leadership, to understand and address manpower needs.
  • Collaborate with other analysts and stakeholders to develop integrated manpower solutions.
  • Ensure all manpower planning and analysis activities comply with relevant regulations, policies, and standards
  • Create and maintain personnel and manpower data and records; track manpower allocations

Requirements

  • Required:
  • Must have an active Secret security clearance to be considered for the position
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Four (4) years of knowledge/content management
  • Four (4) years of experience administrative experience in at least two (2) of the following areas:
  • Administrative Support: Expertise in executive customer service, administrative support, scheduling, project management, relationship building, and communication.
  • Content Management: Expertise in content creation/curation, strategic writing/communication, copy writing, marketing, and DoW access control.
  • Knowledge Management: Expertise in change management, data analysis/management, large-scale content curation/management, and DOD business/content processes. Additionally, candidate must have demonstrated expertise in SQL.
  • Desired:

  • The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
  • VA Compensation is $121K-$128K.

  • KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractu
